Our Piaggio is both elegant and sophisticated and will serve a selection of premium beverages such as Sparkling Wine from Italy, Unser Bier from Basel, Nitro Cold Brewed Coffee or any other whimsical concoctions imaginable via it’s 4 available taps. Each event can be customized to meet the wishes, requirements and budget of your event.

Nitro Cold Brew
Nitro Cold Brew is, in fact, not Beer but Coffee… the coffee you never knew you needed! How is it made? Steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for more than 24 hours. This coffee concentrate, with up to 70% more caffeine than hot brewed coffee, is then infused with Nitrogen. The Cold Brewing takes the bitterness and acidity away from the coffee and the Nitrogen adds a creamy satiny texture in the coffee itself while producing a foam layer similar to that found in Guinness. Try it once and you’re hooked!
Best served absolutely black and iced cold. No sugar or cream is required. Enjoy the ride!
Unser Bier
What’s on tap? Unser Bier, Basel’s very own Brewery! Whether its Blond or Amber or Weizen, what could be better than an ice cold beer on a hot summer day. Unser Bier is made with organic (no pesticides or herbicides) premium quality raw materials and has been awarded the Bud Label from Bio-Suisse. Every Unser Bier is an all-natural, unpasturized and unfiltered Zwickel beer. Sit back and enjoy!
Frizzante Bianco
AKA Sparkling Wine is a blend of Glera and Trebbiano grapes from the North Eastern Region of Italy. It is kegged in Italy and imported to Switzerland via our Italian wine producer and innovator.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage
Aroma: Intense floral and fruity, with typical, varietal aromatic hints from the grape
Taste: Dry, harmonious, balanced with a pleasant apple aftertaste
Rosé Frizzante
Pink Sparkling Wine made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, produced and kegged in Italy and imported to Switzerland through our Italian Wine Producer.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Rosè of medium intensity
Aroma: Fresh with hints of violet flowers and cherry
Taste: Fresh, lively, sapid with a bit acidulous aftertaste
Spritz
Our Italian Wine producer’s version of a spritz cocktail uses a homemade recipe containing…. shhhh, it’s a secret! The result tastes like a combination of an orange popsicle followed by the slight bitterness of grapefruit.

Aroma: Spicy and grapefruits notes
Taste: Semi-sweet and fresh
